    Septins & membrane remodeling

    Centre de Biologie Structurale (Montpellier), Institut Curie (Paris) August 2021 Septins, eukaryotic cell proteins that can form filaments, rings and meshes under different conditions. Using correlative AFM-fluorescence microscopy, two teams in Montpellier and Paris were able to image dynamic membrane remodeling of the PIP2-containing supported lipid bilayers by septins.
